Insurance Work

At Taylors of Bath we undertake all insurance work whether the job is big or small. We realise how stressful an insurance claim can be and so we aim to begin the clean up process as soon as possible. The only action that we require you to do is to contact your insurance company to inform them of the incident. Once our team has visited the site we will:

• Carry out any necessary remedial and safety work to ensure your safety and the safety of the building until the loss adjuster has visited the site.
• Then liase with both your insurance company and loss adjuster.

Our visit allows us to assess the extent of the damage, therefore we have a much more informed picture of the situation, which will allow us to start to advise you on how best to deal with the restoration process.Because we are an experienced company who are used to dealing with insurance companies on a regular basis we can often carry out certain works prior to the insurance assessors visit.
