heating system is not
sufficiently adequate to
supply heat and water to
such a large room (loft
conversion), on top of
supplying the remainder
of the property. If a
replacement is required,
we can undertake this during the
building of the loft
conversion and
replace the current
inefficient heating
system with an efficient Combi
Boiler heating system,
which only heats the
water you need, on
demand. Alternatively we
also provide a greener
solution in the form of
either a Ground Source
or a Air Source heat
pump.
